Hey there everyone! I'd just like to send you all a message thanking you for supporting this comic - I honestly adore it and it's amazing to see people enjoying it so much. I'd also like to apologise for being around extremely sporadically over the past year! @_@ When I started I had a lot of pages planned out and carefully designed and I also had a lot more time to work on it - then I got a very demanding and very unpleasant job and that took a big toll on both me and the comic. I left about three months ago and I'm on with a new job now part-time - I'm much happier and I've largely just been trying to recuperate after everything haha - I'd developed fatigue and illness over the past year to the point that I just need to rest, which I've been trying to get a lot lately!
The icing on the cake last year was also losing about 30 sketched pages for Child's Game - my motivation kinda died after that fff.
ANYWAY, boring life stuff over! I've been working very hard over the past week re-drawing a whole bunch of pages and I'd like to let you know that I'll be posting the new pages very soon again! I honestly adore this comic and I have a lot to show and share you all! I have a small chapter break coming up in the next 20 or so pages, during which I will hold the run's first Q&A to boot, so... get thinking...?

But truly, thank you everyone! Your support and kind comments have been amazing to come back to, and I will slowly get to answering every single one (my promise! @_@), so thank you very much! I'll see you all soon!

What is Child's Game?

Child's Game is a Pokemon Nuzlocke (Emerald) in which Simon (immature hipster scumbag) wakes up in a truck with no recollection of how he got there. With an island filled with threatening inhabitants, creatures that fight each other to the death, and houses that all look the same, one thing's for sure – he ain't in Kansas anymore.

What is a Pokemon Nuzlocke?

A Pokemon Nuzlocke is generally considered to be a run through any game in the Pokemon series in which at least three rules are followed.
These rules are:
- Only catch the first Pokemon you meet on each route.
- Nickname every Pokemon you catch.
- If a Pokemon faints, it is considered to be "dead". Release it or put it in a box and never use it again (or at least until you decide to play the game normally).
